at an early age Jason had a love for horror movies after seeing an American werewolf in London, and dawn of the dead, he decided to make monsters
And follow in the footsteps of his idols Tom savini, Rick baker, Greg nicotero, Stan winston, Dick smith, Gary tunnicliffe, Rob botine, and Jack pierce. A former student of Stan Winston's school Jason has done effects for a handful of short films as well as feature films, and has done hundreds of effects for Halloween Haunts in Salt Lake city Utah, as well as the Pittsburgh area.
Jason is a highly skilled special effects artist with a distinguished background in the field. A graduate of the renowned Tom Savini School, they completed their studies with honors from the Alfa Society and were mentored by legends Tom Savini and Dick Smith. Recognized for their expertise, he has won the community award for mock disasters, showcasing his talents in disaster training drills.
With an impressive career working alongside iconic figures such as Tom Savini, George Romero, Marty Schiff, Gunner Hanson, Ken Foree, Brian O'Halloran, Bill Skarsgård, David Naughton, and Bingo O'Malley, Jason has contributed to numerous productions, including a music video for the band Obilvea. Their artistry has earned them five prestigious awards in makeup effects contests, solidifying their reputation as a leader in the industry.
Tyler is a studentof the prestigious Stan Winston School of Character Arts, and is mentored by renowned effects artist Steve Tolin. Specializing in creature design and fabrication, Tyler brings a passion for creating monsters through masks, stop motion, puppetry, and other practical effects techniques. As the founder of Centurion Effects, he has established a reputation for delivering high-quality, imaginative work that spans multiple disciplines within the world of special effects. Tyler continues to impress with his skills and attention to detail
. An Indian Creek High School Graduate, Shaina Vankirk who took a "Costuming & Makeup" class her senior year, but is largely self taught. Her experience as the lead makeup artist for her high schools play "Little Shop of Horrors" began her love and career within SFX makeup.
She joined More Gore Effects on the set of Dead friends forever and quickly proved to be a valued member of the team.
The son of Jason Proakis, Russell showed a interest in effects early in his teens, and started working with more gore effects on dead friends forever though new to the effects world he is already developing his style and bettering his skills.
The daughter of Jason Proakis, Nin showed interest at an early age by sitting for makeup test that Jason would do. They have assisted on waltz and several of the haunted attractions, now a resident of New Hampshire Nin uses their skills for cosmetic applications.
